update on new school year & orientation
We are planning to resume school on August 19th. Of course this year will look a little different for us as we still have to be very cognizant of COVID-19. Administration and the school board are reviewing CDC and the NCDHHS guidelines and will be implementing safety measures to help keep our students and staff as safe as possible. We will release details on exactly what that will entail as the opening date approaches. We will not be requiring face masks for our students or staff. However, you certainly have the right to choose for your student to wear one.
We will not be having our traditional “Back to School” breakfast this year as we will be trying to limit the number of people in the building.
Our Orientation night will be on August 17th and will be split into two sessions.
We have missed you all and are looking forward to resuming school in August and seeing all of your sweet faces again!
